3. Purposes and legal bases
- Site delivery and security: legitimate interest in making the site available, stable, and secure.
- Preferences and course progress: execution of the service requested by the user and legitimate interest in improving the experience. These data remain in the browser.
- Analytics: user consent. Google Analytics is not loaded until consent is given.
- Responses to messages and requests: execution of pre-contractual measures, consent, or legitimate interest in responding to the request.
4. Cookies, localStorage, and analytics

5. Providers and recipients
Data may be processed by technical providers necessary for the operation of the site or connected services:
- Cloudflare Pages/CDN: hosting, static distribution, security, and technical logs.
- Google Analytics 4: aggregate statistics only after consent.
- TidyCal, LinkedIn, GitHub: external services reachable via links or voluntary actions. When you use them, their policies also apply.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

- Analytics: retained according to Google Analytics settings and limited to what is necessary for aggregate statistics.
- Messages and requests: retained for the time necessary to respond, manage the relationship, and fulfill any obligations.
8. User rights

9. Minors
GinnyTech è un sito educativo gratuito rivolto a studenti, professionisti e persone interessate ai dati. Non è progettato per raccogliere consapevolmente dati personali di minori.
