1. Available rights
Access
Know if personal data concerning you is processed and receive information about the processing.
Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
Deletion
Request deletion when there is no longer a valid basis to retain it.
Restriction
Request that processing be suspended or restricted in cases provided by the GDPR.
Portability
Receive data provided directly in a structured format, when applicable.
Objection and revocation
Object to processing based on legitimate interest or revoke given consent.
2. How to send a request
Write to info@ginnytech.it indicating:
- which right you want to exercise;
- the email address or channel used to contact GinnyTech;
- any useful information to identify the request without sending unnecessary data.
Requests are handled free of charge, except for manifestly unfounded or excessive cases provided by law.
3. Response times
La risposta viene fornita entro un mese dal ricevimento della richiesta. Se la richiesta è complessa o numerosa, il termine può essere prorogato secondo quanto previsto dal GDPR, informandoti del motivo.
4. Analytics consent revocation
If you have accepted Google Analytics, you can revoke consent immediately from cookie preferences.
5. Automated decisions and profiling
GinnyTech non usa decisioni automatizzate con effetti giuridici o analogamente significativi sull'utente. Non usa cookie di profilazione pubblicitaria o remarketing.
6. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe the processing violates the law, you can file a complaint with theData Protection Authority. Puoi anche consultare le informazioni generali dellaEuropean Commission on data protection.
